Cookies policy and how to control them

_pa_uid or equivalent (first-party, analytics)
Anonymous visitor identifier used by the analytics provider to estimate unique visitors. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Duration: 13 months.
Control or disable cookies in your browser
You can refuse all non-essential cookies at the cookie banner shown on your first visit and change your choice later through the “Cookies” link in the footer. You can also delete cookies through your browser, which works for any website you visit.
Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > See all cookies and site data, then search for the domain and remove the entries. You can also block all third-party cookies from the same screen.
Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data. Use the Clear Data button or set Enhanced Tracking Protection to Strict to block more categories by default.
Safari (macOS): Safari > Settings > Privacy. Tick “Block all cookies” or use “Manage Website Data” to remove cookies for a specific site. On iOS, the equivalent is in the Settings app under Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data.
Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will affect basic functionality – for example, the cookie banner may reappear on every page because we cannot store your preference.
Track changes to this policy
Significant changes to the cookies we set will be reflected here with an updated last-reviewed date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, by re-showing the cookie banner so you can review your choices. Minor wording changes are made without reissuing the banner.
